NEXT GEN EDUCATION

Idea

The idea for the project came to me while observing my older sister, a kindergarten teacher in Wroclaw, Poland. The kindergarten's students are migrants. The preschool group consists of six-year-olds who will be entering a Polish school next year, and they need to prepare for that. The teachers didn't have sufficiently engaging interactive teaching materials, so I decided to help create them. The educational platform I'm working on will be a non-profit project.

Funding from the NESsT Foundation

The NESsT Foundation provided seed funding for the project. The NEsT Foundation also recommended the developer, TANGO, who created the platform prototype. An Amazon Web Services account was created to develop the platform.

The future of NGOs

In November 2025, I presented my startup at "The future of NGOs" conference in Paris. Participating in this conference broadened my horizons and helped me improve my presentation skills.

French Embassy in Warsaw

In April 2026, my father helped me organize a meeting at the French Embassy in Warsaw with the Educational Cooperation Attaché, Mr. Philippe Morisette, to whom I presented my project in order to obtain support.

Viva Technology

At the end of June 2026, I plan to present my startup at the VivaTech technology conference in Paris. VivaTech is the world's rendezvous for startups and leaders to celebrate innovation. It's a gathering of the world's brightest minds, talents, and products.

My key learning

  • My key learning from this social start-up is that education can be a powerful tool for inclusion. By supporting migrant children, I understood how language barriers, cultural differences, and unequal access to learning resources can affect a child’s confidence and future opportunities.

  • I also learned that social impact requires both empathy and practical action. It is not enough to identify a problem; we need to create solutions that are accessible, useful, and sustainable. This experience helped me see how technology, especially artificial intelligence, can support personalized learning and make education more inclusive for children from different backgrounds.
